Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Any applicable taxes or shipping-related charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within Canada only.
Estimated delivery time within Canada is 8–12 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping delays may occur due to:
- weather conditions
- carrier delays
- high shipping volumes
- holidays
- events outside our control
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.
SITYMODE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier.
SITYMODE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include photos of:
- the package
- shipping label
- damaged item(s)
This helps us evaluate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
