Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@sitymode.com for approval and return instructions.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Include photos of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging and tags.

We do not accept returns on:

  • sale items
  • gift cards
  • used or damaged items not caused during delivery

Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges based on product availability. To request an exchange, please contact support@sitymode.com

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
