Sitymode offers a 15-day full refund window for all Founder Edition pre-orders.
Pre-Order Terms:
• The Founder Edition is available at a discounted early access price of $115 CAD (regular price $140 CAD).
• This is a limited first production batch.
• Production begins once the first batch is secured.
Refund Eligibility:
• Customers may cancel their pre-order within 15 days of payment for a full refund.
• After 15 days, the order becomes final as production may have commenced.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a cancellation within 15 days, please email:
Include:
• Full name
• Order confirmation number
• Date of purchase
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Delivery Timeline:
Estimated delivery is within 6–8 weeks after the first batch closes.
If production delays occur, customers will be notified via email.
